The foundation and activity of Horn Distribution is an outcome of passion for perfect sound, passion which is shared by the founders of the company and the absolute majority of company’s employees. It all began in year 1991 when Darek Świderski and Jarek Bronowski decided that their hobby will be a cornerstone for their business.

Firs half of the 90’s was a period of intensive growth of any kind of enterprise zones. Horn Distribution was a part of that growth. Top shelve audio brands, which relied on our company - Alpine, Denon, Mark Levinson – set up very high quality demands from the very beginning. It was obvious for us, that In our business the people are the key to success – because of that we are always devoted to selection of the best specialists.

In 1998 we have moved to new headquarters with our own service and warehouse, in which we work till now. The new head office allowed us for further development – gradually we increased our offer and the number of cooperating dealers.

Our own service allowed us for prolongation of warranties – we were first in Poland to introduce three years of warranty for Denon products in 2005.

We would like to be perceived as an company specialized strictly in the distribution of home and car audio-video systems, through offer of products, which are the best in their area of well known, professional manufacturers, who are developing innovational solutions for many different audio-video applications.

We do not outsource the key areas of our company functioning – thanks to our own warehouse, accountancy or service we can be sure that our partners are operated in the best possible way and all of our employees believe in our mission:

Realization of that mission requires involvement of every employee, every single day of functioning of the company. We hope that we manage to do that.

Currently Horn Distribution employs 80 people in Poland and next several in Switzerland and Hungary. On the top of the structure there is the management, to which the managers – of products, marketing and sales - are reporting. Manager of the office and warehouse, the accountants and service are also reporting to the management.

Last few years were very successful for Horn Distribution. The consistent politic of the company is supported by all channels of distribution, connected with high positioning of the brands which we are selling, triggered a huge growth of sales. All of this created new challenges which we have to face. To cope them we’ve totally changed the IT system in our company (we are currently working on SAP Buisness One), we increased the efficiency of our logistics and implemented new, effective procedures of supporting the sales. This changes would not be possible without new employees as well as the old employees, who had to adapt to new, dynamic conditions.

One of new things is the new www.horndistribution.com  website – unique site, which enables easy and pleasurable surfing through our offer as well as possibility of designing own sets, for ultimate performance of every single component.

We are certain that thanks to this changes we are ready more than ever to launch new products and brands and moving to a very new markets for our future triumphs.
